How do I correct my cycle length in the app?

If your cycle length isn't displayed correctly in the app, a possible reason is that older and missed period entries are contributing to this.

  1. Open up the calendar by clicking on the arrow below "Today" on the dashboard screen.
  2. Scroll back to previous months to look for missing period entries. Period entries are indicated by a dashed red line on the date you were predicted to get your period.
  3. To enter missing period entries, tap on the first day of your missing period entry. You only need to enter missed entries on the first day of each period to set your cycle length correctly.
  4. Tap on check-ins to open up the bleeding/menstrual check-ins and enter a period bleeding level for that day.
