To receive PMS mitigation reminders in the app, begin by logging symptoms you experience before and during your period. You will receive recommendations of what to do and why you may be experiencing these symptoms for that day in the symptoms section of your dashboard. If you mark these recommendations as 'done', you will receive a reminder of what you can do to help mitigate the occurrence of any symptoms in subsequent cycles. You may have to practise this for a couple of cycles before you see benefits.
